From startups to storage bins
Hi, I’m Stacey.
Former startup executive. Current pantry enthusiast.
For nearly 15 years, I built systems for fast-growing companies and helped scale businesses from scrappy ideas to hundreds of millions of dollars in value. You can stalk my past life here.
Somewhere between board meetings and reorganizing my closet for fun, I started noticing that the state of your environment changes how your nervous system operates. Then I bought a 100-year-old home in Denver and started thinking about systems in kitchens, closets, basements, and entryways.
A home doesn’t need to be perfect. But when it functions well, every day gets a little easier.
So I asked myself:
What if I stopped helping virtual companies run better and started helping actual humans live better?
So I left tech.
Now, I use the same systems-thinking approach to help people create homes that feel calmer, lighter, and easier to live in. Because organizing isn’t really about organizing. It’s about how a space functions when you have no brain cells left.
Turns out organizing a kitchen isn’t all that different from scaling a company. You:
Figure out what’s working
Get rid of what’s not
Create systems that work without brain cells
Try very hard not to lose the snacks
No judgment. No perfection required. And no matching bins required (unless you want them 😏).
Just thoughtful systems, practical solutions, and a home that works for you.
